Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere UPS, USPS or FedEx delivers.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, but anywhere from 5-7 days from when you receive the order tracking number.
Each item is custom made and will take up to 5-7 business days to complete.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, an email will be sent with your tracking number,
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, as each item is made to order. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts before placing an order.
Can I exchange an item?
We gladly offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues only
- Items must be free of damage, stains, or odors

- Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.
