Shipping policy

Made-to-order production

Our items are made to order. Please allow 7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Processing begins on the next business day after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is additional to production and processing time.

Domestic shipping and carrier expectations

For domestic orders, the carrier and service may vary by shipment. Refer to your shipping confirmation for the carrier and tracking details. Delivery estimates refer to transit after shipment, not made-to-order production. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation will include tracking information when available. A tracking number or label-created status does not necessarily mean the carrier has received your package. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may not appear immediately. If you have questions about tracking or your shipment, email rosesandgraceapparel@gmail.com with your order number.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need a correction, email rosesandgraceapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Changes before shipment are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package is in transit, contact us and the carrier to ask about available options.

Delays and delivery concerns

Production or delivery may be affected by peak demand, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or address issues. If your order is delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact rosesandgraceapparel@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the situation. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
